International Customers: We only charge actual shipping. Shipping charges are approximate. If your actual shipping charge varies from the amount shown, you will be invoiced separately for the remaining amount due after we receive your order.
Orders are processed everday Monday-Friday. We ship via USPS Fed Ex and UPS. Prices for the various shipping methods are available for your order during the checkout process. We make every effort to ensure that our items are in stock. However, if an item is out in stock you will be contacted promptly with an estimate of back order timing so that you can decide whether it’s worth the wait! Refunds
You have *30 days from your purchase date to return your item to us with no questions asked, but a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping amout will be deducted from the original amount paid. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
*A few important details:
If your purchase is found to have a defect, I will be sure you get your item replaced. However, please contact me before returning the item. The item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information.
If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Some items, due to hygiene issues some products can not be returned and they are as follows:

Sling Returns:
New Slings: Please keep in mind that many children may need a few rides in their new sling to get accustom to it, especially if they are older. Often they will adjust after being in the sling around 3-5 times. If it is new for them, you may wish to have their first few rides be during a time when they are well rested and fed. This will help increase the chances of initial success. Put your child in your sling and start moving! It is often your movement while carrying them in the sling that begins to calm them and make them feel right at home in their new carrier! If you are having trouble adjusting to your new sling we would also suggest calling the company that makes your sling and speaking with the customer service department to see if they can help provide you with some helpful suggestions or tips.
